The Brief

To design the admin UI for Tangent’s own eCommerce platform Oscar. A framework and feature-set has already been established, so this is a concept-only UI exercise.

Final Artwork

Because the framework was already in place, there was no need for wireframing so I jumped straight into a higher-fidelity concept.

Summary

This work-in-progress will hopefully be implemented down the line into the Oscar admin.

Sidenote

Updated!

I now use Sketch 3 for all interface design work and love it, warts and all. It's not perfect but it's replaced Fireworks for me as the tool of choice.

I used to do the majority of my interface design in Fireworks for various reasons but wanted to see if any of the newer features in Photoshop CC would make things more efficient.

Comparatively, it took me at least twice as long in Photoshop and I’ve been using the software for over 10 years now. Typically, my workflow sees me hopping between Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop depending on the project.
